Once you approve the quote and make payment, I begin the retouching process. Your photos are edited with precision, consistency, and delivered within the agreed timeline.

Your edited images will be delivered in your preferred format. Each project includes one round of revision so you can request adjustments if needed.

What constitutes a simple image or complex image?
It depends on the instructions that you have requested. Generally, should an image require more than 20 minutes for retouching, it will be considered a complex image.
Will you be able to rush specific images?
Yes, but it depends on my availability to fulfill your request. You will have to let me know clearly via email which images will need to be rushed.
How can I make payment?
Secure payment can be made via Paynow / Paylah (Singapore). International payments can be made via Paypal. Escrow payment is also available upon request, but additional platform charges will apply.
How do I share my instructions?
Send the photographs in a brief with specific instructions via email. The more clarity you provide, the easier it will be to proceed with the assessment. If more information is required, I will contact you via email to clarify.
Are you able to accept invoice payments?
Yes, I will be able to accept invoice payments as long as you are a registered entity (with a valid UEN number) in Singapore. All other customers will have to pre-pay or escrow payment before proceed.
