Google Playtime Singapore
End-to-end creative production for Google Play’s annual developer event in Singapore
Project Overview
Google Playtime Singapore is Google’s flagship annual event for top regional app and game developers—bringing product teams, partners, and creators together for a full day of talks, insights, and celebrations. In 2023, I served as the Lead Producer supporting Google’s India-based team in developing the event’s key visual assets and branded materials.
My role spanned across slide creation, event banners, posters, and large-format printed pieces used throughout the venue. I also helped organise the Best of Deck awards segment, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment between creative and event teams. After the event concluded, I produced a case study infographic to showcase highlights, outcomes, and key metrics from Playtime Singapore 2023.
Scope of Work
Lead Production & Client Collaboration
- Worked closely with the Google team in India to plan, refine, and execute all required event assets and manage the production workflow end-to-end.
Event Visual Development
- Designed and produced presentation slides used across main sessions.
- Created banners, posters, and print-ready materials for venue branding.
- Ensured consistency across colour, typography, and Google Play brand standards.

Final Outcome
The final delivery included all full-format slides, banners, and event posters for Google Playtime Singapore 2023, printed and showcased throughout the venue on December 12, 2023. The assets helped unify the event’s visual identity and supported speaker sessions, developer panels, and the Best of Deck award ceremony.
The project concluded with a polished case-study infographic capturing event highlights, providing Google with a clear, shareable summary of Playtime Singapore’s success for future reference and reporting.
